How do I reset my password?

Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes. For security reasons, password reset links expire after 2 hours.

How long do transfers take to complete?

Transfer times vary by type: RB-ONW to RB-ONW transfers are instant. Standard ACH transfers typically take 1-3 business days. Wire transfers are usually completed within the same business day if initiated before the cutoff time. International transfers can take 2-5 business days depending on the destination country.

What should I do if I suspect fraudulent activity?

If you notice suspicious activity on your account, immediately go to the Security Center in your online banking or mobile app and select "Report Fraud." You can also freeze your cards temporarily from the app. Our security team will investigate and contact you within 2 hours. For immediate assistance, use our 24/7 live chat support.

How do I update my personal information?

You can update most personal information through your account settings in the mobile app or online banking. For security reasons, some changes (like legal name or Social Security number) require additional verification. Simply log in, go to "Profile & Settings," and select "Personal Information" to make updates. Changes to address or contact information take effect immediately.

Are my deposits insured?

Yes, all RB-ONW deposit accounts are insured by the FDIC up to $250,000 per depositor, per ownership category. This insurance covers checking accounts, savings accounts, money market accounts, and CDs. For accounts with balances exceeding $250,000, we offer additional insurance options. You can verify our FDIC membership through the FDIC's BankFind tool using our certificate number: #12345.
